Over the weekend while stuffing my face and watching T.V I saw the new adidas fitness app advert. I immediately stopped eating and thought wow I need to get fit and I want that app. MiCoach is a free app that helps you plan the perfect workout. It aims to be your personal fitness trainer helping you train at whatever level from just staying fit to marathon level. Also which I think is so cool is that it has different plans for different sports so if you are a tennis player then it has a workout specific for your needs. Cool huh. This advert makes me wanna run and that is something!

The second single off Eminem’s new album “Recovery” , “Love the Way You Lie” featuring Rihanna now has its own brand new music video. The singers have said the song is very symbolic for them both, dealing with the issue of domestic violence – one we all know will be very acutely in the minds of Rihanna, and indeed Mr Masrhall Mathers. The video stars the ever-beautiful Megan Fox who plays the girlfriend of a crazy, alcoholic Dominic Monaghan. Enjoy. This right here is FIRE!

Last night Kanye West released the video for his new single ‘Power’. Instead of the usual mini-movie music videos most stars make, Kanye has made his a moving picture… On his blog he has said “it is not a video…it’s a moving painting”. The video, or moving painting shows Kanye surrounded by supernatural figures and him as a Ceasar type figure….see what you think of it. Do you like it, or think he should stick to his usual thing?

The Social Media KING: Mr West is in the building

Kanye West has been causing a real stir last week after a series of random performances. Not they were not in the most conventional places. His first was Facebook HQ, then of course Twitter HQ and then shared some words of wisdom at rolling stones magazine.

I’m sure My Space felt a little left out as Kanye had a whale of a time standing on tables and performing snippets from his next album ‘Good Ass Job’. Check the video from his facebook visit (below) to hear some new Kanye.

I hope this album is dope as I wasn’t a huge fan of the last one.

Oh and in true Kanye West style he didn’t stop there. Mr West also opened a twitter account and has become a frequent tweeter. Informing his followers where he is at, what he is wearing, thinking and what’s his doing like going to eat with big brother as he affectionately refers to Jay Z. There are also some random deep thoughts one discussing that lack of humility was his downfall and ‘to maintain good business one must always be humble’.

Kanye seems like he will become a tweet a holic and what a good way to get all the social media companies buzzing and fans on side. Since joining twitter on July 23rd 2010 Kanye West is now on 399,037 followers and that is growing by the hour. That is the Kanye West ‘Power’ I guess.
